The Global Content Administrator has access to all projects with all included data models and analysis documents.
Permission restrictions and/or Authorizations for Global Content Administrator are not considered for the time that this user has Global Content Administrator rights.
Global Content Administrators can furthermore access the Analysis Settings and the Data Model Editor.
However, he is not allowed to apply authrizations himself (User Administrator rights are required).
