The Main Menu can be opened as a drop-down menu with a click on the blue button in the upper left part of the Homescreen:

If you are using the Enterprise Server Edition, the button will show your username instead of "Celonis 4".

Please Note

The menu items vary, according to your software version (Single User / Enterprise Server Edition) and your user rights in the Enterprise Server Edition.

All items are explained in detail, with a note to their software version and the required user rights.

Here you find the menu items for the Single User Edition (left) and all possible items for the Enterprise Server Edition (right), which require all administrative user roles (learn more in Administrator).

On this page, all items are either described in detail or references to the right part of this topic in the manual.

In the "My profile" section, you can edit your personal settings. These settings vary, according to your Software version:

My profile settings for the Single User Edition (left) and for the Enterprise Server Edition (right).

The "getting started guide" is an interactive guided tour, that is active by default for all new users or new installations of the Single User Edition.

If you enable this option, you will be led through your first steps in the Celonis 4 application by blue boxes with certain tips and instructions, as soon as you start the software.

You can choose between English, German and Dutch.

Here you may specify decimal and thousand separators.
