The Das Spider Web Chart can be used for presenting data with one dimension and one or more aggregations. The data will be displayed in the form of a spider web with the radial connections from the middle to the edges defining the axis of the chart. In theory it allows adding an infinite number of aggregations. However, as there is just one axis, only aggregations within a similar value range will deliver a reasonable result. An example for a Spider Web Chart can be seen in Figure kann für die Präsentation von Daten mit einer Dimension und einer oder mehr Aggregationen verwendet werden. Interaction with theInteraktion mit dem Spider Web Chart
The Das Spider Web Chart is the only chart that does not allow for any filtering or zooming.
As can be seen in Figure 2.26, a legend at the bottom of the chart shows the dimensions of the Scatter Plot. By clicking on one of the legend entries, it is possible to hide single correlations from the chart. However, this only makes sense if there there is more than one aggregation involved, otherwise the one data series displayed will simply disappear. If a correlation is in hidden mode, its respective legend entry will be greyed out and the correlation will not be shown in the Spider Web Chart. Clicking its legend entry again will make the data series reappear.
If export was allowed during the configuration of the Spider Web Chart, the data providing the basis for the chart can be exported in View-Mode. In that case, a small disk icon (
) will appear on top of the chart. Clicking on it will lead to a download of the chart’s content as an xlsx fileist das einzige Diagramm, das keine Filtern oder Zoomen zulässt.
Wie in Abbildung 2.26 zu sehen, zeigt eine Legende unterhalb des Diagramms die Dimensionen des Scatter Plot an. Klicken Sie auf einen der Legendeneinträge, um einzelne Korrelationen zu verstecken. Dies ist allerdings nur sinnvoll, wenn es mehr als eine Aggregation gibt, da sonst die gesamte Datenreihe aus dem Diagramm verschwindet. Wenn eine Korrelation versteckt wurde, wird ihr Legendeneintrag ausgegraut. Klicken Sie noch einmal darauf, um die Korrelation wieder anzuzeign.
Wenn der Datenexport während der Konfiguration des Spider Web Chart erlaubt wurde, kann die Datenbasis des Diagramms exportiert werden. In diesem Fall erscheint ein kleines Disketten-Icon () oberhalb der Komponente. Klicken Sie darauf, um die Datenbasis als xlsx-Datei herunterzuladen.
